Called me & didn't speak/ respond when I answered.

I just got the same call, same thing..scary

Caller Id said IBC. The didn't leave a message on voice mail.

Called me and caller ID said IBC - didn't answer and IBC did not leave a message. Blocked call now since I see others had a problem and IBC does not come up as a company.

This is NOT a spam call. If you placed a call to Independence Blue Cross recently, this call is a survey to see if you're needs were met.

I believe you're right. I called Independence Blue Cross recently. Yesterday my voice mail said I had a message from this number, but there was nothing on the recording. I guess if I had answered the phone, I would have been asked the survey questions. It's nice to know that this was actually a legitimate call.

Thanks for the heads up I too called Blue Cross recently, but there was no message left from the caller when i didnt pick up.

Got a call last night.. My insurance company is NOT IBC .... Just hung up. Be careful when pushing buttons on your phone for this type of call, you have no idea what you could be agreeing to.

Ind blue cross survey. I called a few days ago & their automated system said to expect a survey call.
