Found out a way to block this number via Time Warner cable phone. It's fairly easy. I just Googled it. Would no doubt apply to other landline providers as well. This nuisance has called eight (8) times in the last month! No more! (I hope).

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Automated voice requested a call back from a person not at this number.
