Because they're scammers. Don't call them back.

OK, these people are ENTIRELY bogus, not even what you would call telemarketers. It is time-share (BEWARE ALL TIME-SHARE!!) proffering a cruise to the Bahamas. It was a recording, its info was wrong (saying we'd recently stayed at a resort - have not been to any resort in over 7 years!) & it could not understand my responses. I kept answering "yes" to its questions to play along & see where we ended up but it kept apologising, saying it couldn't understand my (loud & clear) responses, eventually apologised for disturbing me, wished me a good day & terminated the call. Well --- the only good thing about this is that, if their own system is that inept, then they are wasting their own time as well as everyone else's, goody, goody! When I called the number back, I got the automatic operator telling me it was changed, disconnected or out of service. Hah!It does no good for any of you to complain about being on the No Call list - that is ONLY for legitimate telemarketers who have to abide by it - it affects NO ONE ELSE. And nothing can stop these bogus [***] because they are already well outside the law, using other people's phones illegally, making promises & deals they have no intention of honouring. The only thing YOU all can do is tell everyone about them, especially the very elderly, very young adults, and the easily led (or scared!) people. As long as there is one person out of four willing to deal with them, they will keep on. DO NOT blame the phone companies - it is up to all of us to stop this daily nuisance. Reporting these calls is a 1st step.

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone but I didn't recognize it so I let it go to voicemail. The message left was a generic recording. It stated that I won an all expenses paid cruise to the Bahamas, and all I had to do was participate in their short survey to get the tickets. It said to press one to continue to the survey, or press two to decline the survey and be removed from their list. I didn't trust either option so I just deleted the message and blocked the number.

Calls 3to5 times a week never leaves a message.I am on a do not call list!

Why can't people block individual callers in their landline? This number is a nuisance call which begins with "congratulations" yeah, right...

Stop calling

no response to my answer as well as no message left. i am also filing a complaint with proper authorities because i am on the do not call registry.
