216-630-5554 (Name Unknown) 8:38am CST 4/2/2015Didn't recognize, Didn't answer until 4th ring. No one on the other end, but deaad silence. Said "Hello" twice, then hung up. My mobile is on the "No Call" list and only receives calls from family members.
Left a message that this was for a chance to win a free cruise. It makes more sense that it is Verizon bill collector because a family member has an unpaid bill. Tricky.
I didn't answer the call, I never answer a number I do not know,but I called it right back though and it said the number has been disconnected.some kind of scam!!

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
