Vancouver, with Bell. Spaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaam call. Just create a contact in your address book called "Spam call" and put this guy in it...then you won't pick up accidentally later. That's what I have started doing...now I have 7 callers on that list. : )
Got the call at 12:28pm central time, I'm in manitoba on an MTS cell. Picked it up and there was nothing but complete silence.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
