Annoying telemarketer. Starts with "congratulations, you have won ..." It's a scam. I blocked another number that did the same thing.
Received cell call from this number this morning. Left no message. Seems to be from London Ontario area. We are in BC- Lower Mainland
got this call today at 7:18 called the number back and it said "you have received a message about a survey, which has now timed out.."
