These people have called repeatedly in the past week. I participated in one of their surveys, but after that first one, the caller says they're not interested in my "demographic". I asked three times to be removed from their list; fat lot of good that did. They're still calling, all hours. I've been on that DNC list for years; it doesn't do any good, either.
Unfortunate misconception that the FCC will actually do something. Experience from many complaints about robocalls shows me that the government does not or can not do anything.
They call me every day. I finally decided to answer. After a long pause [ I guess they are not used to anyone answering] the speaker asked for someone I have never heard of. I told him so, and told him to do not call again. He hung up with a surly o.k..
i prefer answering the phone Hello "RESEARCH CENTER" often there is a short pause about 4-5 seconds then 'click' Somehow I think they got the clue I was not in the mood to talk?
This is third call in last two days. The most annoying calls..nothing is said. Don't owe anyone so don't know why receiving such calls. Grrrrrrr.
