I got this call today on my cell phone said something about credit cards. I have no credit cards and both my numbers are on the do not call list. whats the use of that if they call anyway..

Got a call to my cell phone. I do not know this number and so I did not answer. If you should answer these to go calls, your number will continue to be called as their system recognizes reaching a "live" person. They then sell your number to other to go call scammers.
