I got this call today on my cell phone said something about credit cards. I have no credit cards and both my numbers are on the do not call list. whats the use of that if they call anyway..

These bums have called and never leave a message. I don't call back. Have been told never call this number back and I don't.
Got a call to my cell phone. I do not know this number and so I did not answer. If you should answer these to go calls, your number will continue to be called as their system recognizes reaching a "live" person. They then sell your number to other to go call scammers.
