This call came from Youngstown, Ohio, between Hilton Avenue and E Judson Avenue west of Southern Blvd.
the number 1-234-567-8900 called and left a message about an hour ago. It started part way through a recording to 'call now to lower your credit card interest rates' and 'it's your last chance to lower my rates, so call back ASAP'. There was no return number to call. I don't know why no one else gets messages. However, we don't have voice mail, just an answering machine.
Just got a call from this #. I'm on the dncl. I put in a complaint, I included the link for the BBB with the list of complaints about this company.

These people want to lower your interest rates.I have no credit cards, and pressed 1 to SPEAK TO A REAL LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATOR. I told her I had no credit cards. She apologized and I said that I`m not sure you are sorry, because I know this is a scam and I will be going to the police.
I can't believe these people! I have an unlisted number and can name every one of the people who have it. How they found me is a mystery. This kind of bull should be considered harrassment and be punishable by law. I didn't pick up; they didn't leave a msg.
