Answered the phone at 12:10 on Jan 21/09:'Hello, this is Rachel at Cardholder Services...Press 1 to speak to a representative, Press 3 to be delisted.'which I did. We'll see if it's effective or not.sure looks like a spoofed caller-ID to me

Every day about 11:58 am we get a call from these people. I tried pressing #3 to have our number removed from their list and was unsuccessful in this request. When I pressed #1 to speak to a "representative" he hung up when I asked to have our name removed from the list.When I answered I got a recording talking about 'your account' and this being my last chance to lower interest rates on my card account. I am on the do not call list.

Caller-ID is easy enough to fake if you have a big phone system. Anyone providing "fake" caller-ID like this to circumvent the do-not-call list is breaking the law.You should call your phone company and complain. They will tell you they can't do anything about it. Tell them that's not good enough, and escalate your call as far up the management chain as you can.We should not have to put up with this crap.

What is wrong with most of you people? I get the same calls and they are now finally gettin less and less. I simply listen to the message press the appropiate number then I get donw to business, I get really rude sexulally with whoever answers. Ask them about thier breast size, [***] size, if they go on animals etc etc. If everyone would get rude and nasty with these low lives they would probably remove your number from the call list. They do have call display. Do your part and stop bitching, be part of the solution.

This number calls all day and when I answer out of curiousity I listen to a womans voice saying this is my lastchance to lower my credit card rate. Then to speak with a live Crook I am instructed to push 1. Now the Male Crook asks me if I want to lower my interst rate on my credit cards and I inform him that I have never owned a credit card and then he hangs up in my Ear.Signed:Tom in Winnipeg

Do they bother you? here is how to resolve your problem!?I have received many of calls from this number and also from another number 000-000-0000 which also appears on my caller ID. My dad has researched the number and found out that it is a company called Mutual Consolidated Services. He has a very effective way of getting these calls to stop.1. He calls their 800 # 877-891-1348 or 800-943-3250.2. He asks for Chris the compliance officer.3. He tells Chris "Do not call my number! If you do, this is what will happen, for every one of your calls, I will call 100 times and bother you because you are bothering me!"This is not illegal to do. It ties up their lines and it's makes him VERY angry! If he says he's going to call 18 division Police department, tell him he's full of it, cause there is no such thing!And if you want to throw something else in there to make him know you're serious. Tell him Mike said HI!This is a very effective way to deal with this company because my dad is not receiving anymore calls!Good Luck and have fun!!!

So, you got a call from the # 1-235-567-8900. Well these people claim they can help you reduce your credit card rate. The problem I had with this is I've never had a credit card in my life. I learnt there are a number of other toll free numbers you can call to have this stoped. Mutual Consolidated Services is a scam probably working for Collection Agencies and Telemarketers. The numbers to have them stop calling you are as follows: 1-877-891-1348, 1-800-943-3250, 1-888-878-1014.But be very careful if you call one of these numbers. I DIALED *67 (TO HIDE MY #) BUT THAT DID NOT WORK. I FOUND OUT THEY HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO "OVERRIDE" THIS. AFTER I USED *67 THEN DIALED THERE #, THE WOMAN (IN A RUDE MANNER) TOLD ME THE NUMBER I WAS CALLING FROM (MY #). THEY AND MANY OTHER CO's CAN OVERRIDE *67, SO BE CAREFUL NOW!!! JUST USE A PAYPHONE WHICH COSTS NOTHING FOR TOLLFREE NUMBERS!Drive them crazy, just like what they do to us.......

Great. After calling them many times at 1-877-891-1348 (usually get the voice mail) and 1-800-943-3250 (usually get a "live operator") and being rude to them, and yelling at them or talking with a very bad accent, now these pricks have started to call me from another number!!! Now they are calling from 1 213-537-1095. WTF??? This is a losing battle. The more I piss them off, the more they call me. Please keep calling 1-877-891-1348 (usually get the voice mail) and 1-800-943-3250 (usually get a "live operator") from pay phones, and try to keep them on the line as much as possible and at the end be rude to them! Pay it forward! Let's all do it! Let's not get mad. Let's get even!!! I don't think this company will last much longer with such business practices. Let's bother them as much as they bother us.

I keep getting calls (almost daily) from this number but they never leave a message. I have never answered the phone when they call. They just called again. Sunday nite, January 25 at 8:20 p.m. I'd really like to know how to stop this. I too, put my name on the no call list and yet I continuously receive calls from unknown numbers like this. I just don't pick up but it is very frustrating and I'm fed-up.
