Hello,I have gotten a half-dozen calls from 234-567-8900 lately, and today, for the first time, they left a message. Something about renewing my eligibility to lower my interest rate... the beginning of the message is chopped off, so I don't know if they say who they are. Their message says to presse one to renew, three to cancel...Sounds like a possible phishing scheme... beware.
P.S. this is probably hackers who tamper the number displayed on caller ID, i.e. they can probably set it to what they want. I doubt there is really any number with the 234 call type...

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
