These people have been calling my house many times, even on the weekend. It is very annoying their number always shows on my caller ID. I told them not call us again and I will not give away any information to a stranger. I tried to call the number that shows on my caller ID but nobody answer. They can bother us but we can't bother them. My message to you SRBI, is DO NOT call my house again Please!
We have a list of names and numbers for the military survey, but none of the others.
and that's fine. But we call from a bunch of different numbers (the one my call center uses is a 212 number, i think), so you might have to block several numbers. And sure, people may not appreciate my job, but honestly, it's a great place to work. I live 2 blocks from the building, I get to make my own schedule every week, I can draw and write fanfiction and read books all day between calls, and the supervisors are all nice and fun and they treat each and every one of us with human respect. Sure, I get yelled at by impatient (and often idiotic) people all day, but it is sooooo worth it until after college :D
I just Just got a phone call about 30 min ago from them. I started the conversation with I am not interested in speaking with them. He responded with "We are not selling anything". I said great because I am not buying. He then continued into his BS. I tried to talk over him but he kept going. He finally stop talking and listen I asked to to be talk off the list. He continued with his speech. I then talked over him and asked to speak to a supervisor. He started mocking me in some childish voice. I then got irate and yelled some profanities at him (Which I should not have done) I was then hung up on. I tried calling that number back but it was either busy or rang forever. I then found this list on-line. I called a number in a I found in a earlier post "888-772-4269". I told the Supervisor my story, He said e would take care of it. I also told him that I wanted my number removed from the list(s).My 2 cents
they're not desirable, no. But really, don't shoot the messenger. People get mad at me all day for following policy when they should take it up with the people in charge.
By the way. I have a Uniden phone, It allows me to store numbers in my phone book and set the ring type. I added 1-239-415-4400 to my local phone book and set the ring type to "Ring Off". Although this does not stop them from calling it does stop the phone from ringing. My 2 cents
