i got a call from this number is 8:55 AM!!! it woke me up!!! I had thought it was one of my buddies because we have students from across the US at my school. This number, like you all described, left no message. So I texted asking who this was. I got no reply. I read that someone said they are serious hackers?? Is this bad that I texted the number right after they called asking who it was?

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
