wow seems like this person calls everyone all over the U.S! i got a call from this number at 9:34am today!
Same thing as everyone else. Phone rang one and a half times, then nothing. Pulsed only long enough to be captured by the caller ID. I am almost certain that they are using this process to trick people into calling back, thus getting them to listen to their advertising, while not actually breaking the "Do Not Call" laws? To be honest, I find this even more irritating than the completed calls, so I, for one, am going to report this to the Do Not Call Registry.
Just got a call on my cell at 8:15 PST. I have a song as a ringtone, but it didn't even get all the way through it. Says Maryland.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
