I just got a call and the recording was in Spanish. It said congratulations you just one a million dollars. In Spanish: Felicidades tu gana ....million dollares. My spanish is not to good. Anyways, I immediately hung up.
can we sue these stupid fools? Don't talk to me in Mexican, and its Mexican not Spanish. There is a difference.
LOL same story. Just got a call from 1-248-975-2662, rang twice, no voice mail, googled it & here I am. SO I assume no one has figured out what it was all about? oh well. Heres hoping to not be bothered again.WIll post again if they do :)
Just called my land line. Spanish message. When I said WTF speak English it got quiet then hung up on me.
You don't need to get ridiculously annoyed over someone else's annoyance either. I am of Hispanic and German decent, but my family has been a part of the US since Texas obtained it's independence from Mexico and Texas joined the union. When I go to Mexico, they speak very little English for my benefit. When I shop along the Texas/Mexico border, I AM offended when US clerks speak to me in Spanish and not English, assuming I "don't speak the language." As my German grandfather pointed out to me, had his/our ancestors not learned the language, would I be able to select 1 for English, 2 for German or 3 for Spanish when calling a govt. office? We (the US) is accomodating way to much for only one particular population, of which I happen to be a part of. I am proud to be an American, I am proud to be of Hispanic and German decent, but I am not proud that we are so accomodating.

I'm at the library so I didnt pick it up... I dont know who the caller was from so I looked it up and found myself here. Thank goodness I didnt pick it up. Stupid scams.
