Received call, hit ignore, no message. I'm in KY, it would be like 6:50AM in Washington State.
This number rang up my work cell phone. I'm in Maryland. Is this related to 360 callers?
I just received an incoming call from 11-253-254-3354; and I received similar a call last week. I don't know where it originates since I don't answer callers whose numbers I do not recognize. Those calls go to voicemail. If it is important the caller will leave a message.
If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer it. This was one of those numbers. If your cell phone is enabled to individually choose ring tones for each contact you have, set this number as a contact, labeling it TROLL or whatever, then change the ringer to "no ring." It won't wake you up at 3am anymore!
I got a call from this strange number from Tacoma, WA. I didn't pick it up and my number is on the DO-NOT-CALL Registry.
Just received a call from this number and I don't answer calls that I don't know. They did not leave a voicemail on 9/17/2012 at 10:19am.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
