i just got a call from the same number. i didn't answer either. i get calls from washington area codes alot. how can you block the area code on a cell phone?
I just got this call and have had it from the same area codes before, Do not Answer the call. It is a computer system to weed out phone numbers which are valid and which or not. Do not call them because if you do your adding yourself to the list. If you did answer it I'm sorry but expect telemarketers and sales pitches out the wazzu.Hope this helps because obviously the "Do Not Call" registry does nothing anymore.
Just got a call from them/it/whatever on my cell. There was no one there. Called back and got a recording: "This number has been disconnected or is n o longer in service.". It was a Verizon recording. Whoever or whatever it may be, screw 'em!
Just got a call from this Clown too. He's/they've gotten slick and changed their number same people had been calling from 360-461-5083. The "no call list" has done me no good with these guys.
I called back and received a recording from Verison Wireless that that number was either disconnected or not in use....I live in Georgia.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
