Oohwee - I won free cruise tickets. Hit 3 to disconnect and be removed doesn't work as they indiate as they have called twice since (in ten minutes) in KCMO. So much for do not call...
Just got a call from them. I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize. When I google them, they always turn out to be telemarketers or scammers.
Just got a call from 253-254-3354.. didn't pick up, no voicemail. from the looks of the reports here it's a good thing I didn't. Ignore this number, it's a scam
Do NOT answer if it is a debt collector and you know you know you have a Debt collector trying to find you. By doing so will restart the collection process. The statue of limitations starts from the very beginning again. Instead if you know the collection source you know is trying to call you, send them a certified letter to cease and desist. you have rights and 9 times out of 10, these are debts you have probably already paid and so ask them to prove they have the note for the debt, if not you can sue them for harassing you. Learn your rights!! For all you know this lady is a debt collector steering you wrong!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
