From Arizona; they call me about once a month; I never answer and they never leave a message. I will never answer this number, since I have no friends or relatives in Washington. Thanks 800Notes for this info.
I've received 3 calls in the past week from this number to my cellphone in CT. I don't answer unidentified calls. When I call it back from another landline it has a short ring but immediately switches to a busy signal.
I answered and said "Hello?" Silence on the other end. The call ended after a few seconds. I called back, "This number has been disconnected or is no longer in service..." From Verizon.

got the call and missed it called it back saying it was disconnected. are these calls only coming in to cell numbers? if so could it be an app people are downloading?
Just missed a call from this number and got a voice-mail notification... a full 6 seconds of silence then a hang up. I don't know a soul in Washington and I don't have any debt... so, I am guessing that it was a telemarketer. UGH!
These kinds of Forums are a Worthless Waste of People's Time if no one can post the identity of the caller within the first 3 posts. Having everyone just [***] that they don't know or they live in State B and don't know anyone in State A is just a waste of their time and ours. As you can see on this number there are over 200 such wasted posts that does not answer anyone's questions!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
