Received a call from this number. Know no one in Washington State who would be calling me. Will not retrieve message left on my voice but will delete it unread.
I got a missed call on my cell phone. I have no debtors that would have my cell phone number. Anyone I get a bill from has my home number. I don't answer unknown calls, particularly on my cell, but when I get these calls I sometimes call back and get a busy signal. They leave no message. Bill collectors that you legitimately owe money to, will leave a message to call them back.
I am from Louisiana. I received a call from the same number. I didn't say anything for afew seconds. I then said hello and an automated recording started. It said that I would receive a free cruise. I immediately hung up.
I got a call from this number. I don't know anyone in Washington State. I never hear my phone anyways because I'm usually too busy to answer it so ... Glad to know I'm not the only one getting these annoying calls.

got the call earlier this morning... in georgia. (while i was in yoga class)if it is the debt collector, the only bill I'm behind on is comcast and that's only b/c they overcharged me a few months... i did pay their minimum last week thoughi sorta owe paypal (which is owned by ebay), but not really b/c someone is trying to say they didn't order an item i sold, even though i know they did...anybody else behind on a comcast bill? or hospital bill? or something like that?no one seems to know who it is... if it is a tele marker what are they saying?

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
