Microsoft support scam. Wanted to play, with these guys and stated I had a mac... They hung up on me.Anyway, clearly a spoofed number but this one is safe to ignore or put on block lists.
Did not regonize the number so did not answer four rings and no message probably a spam call.
Called my land line. Caller ID said "Julie Goodman". Don't know anyone by that name or in the 260 area code, so unplugged the answering machine and let the call ring off the hook. As Ldicker (above) states, this is clearly a spoofed number. It's now BLOCKED.

Microsoft - I told him off and he proceeded to call back 2 more times 3 time was a charm answered but said nothing let him say hello until he got tired
They called my home.insisted that I called them. Tried to convince me that my computer was hacked and needed repair. Hung up on them

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
