Call came obviously from overseas - guy was reading from a script and had trouble keeping up with my questions. Windows scam call.......told him I didn't even have a computer after stringing him along for a bit. When I called the number back it was picked up by a machine that said it was a number being used for fraud calls from overseas, to report it, and then asked for leave a message for the Goodland family. The mailbox was full. Must of taken their number.....
Caller ID noted as 'Out of Area'. I didn't answer & they left no message. This number has called before under a caller ID of 'Julie Goodman'.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.
