This number IS Kohls and it is related to non-payment. However, do NOT call the number back, simply go into your online account and have a look, you may think that you paid when you did not. When you make a payment online you get a page that says "Payment Confirmation", which on all other websites means you've made a payment, but on the Kohls site it does NOT. You have to go to the bottom of the "Payment Confirmation" page and hit "approve", which then takes you to a page that thanks you for your payment. At first I thought how stupid of them to word it that way but then I realized if a million people mistakenly think they've paid when they did not, at $25 per late fee, that is $25 million dollars! Good for them to get free money but bad for us when it can affect our credit. Bottom line, no matter how busy and rushed you are, ALWAYS double check the payment is complete and be sure to save your payment information.
Finally figured out who keeps calling, my bill with Kohl's was due today and received 3 calls already. Very annoying,I had paid off the entire account last month and only purchased a few items last 30 days, so they call whether or not you are current with account.- and I do not appreciate it. Kohl's may be losing a customer, its not like they are a must have or needed account.Time to pay the entire bill and look elsewhere for this type of business..

The person you spoke to should call the Kohls where I live since two of the managers at the Kohls where i shop told me to go to the police to file a report for a credit scam lol.
I got a call today from this number, they didn't leave a message but I did call it back and the recording asked for my account number or SS#.I hung up.
NOT SIMPLE AT ALL, when there's no bill to pay on time if nobody has a Kohl's card in your entire family. They keep asking for someone else who doesn't live here.
they are calling you and asking for your information cause some people change numbers and tend not to change them on there accounts or let people know. HENCE the verification by asking ONLY your 4 of your ssn. For the people that don't have a kohls account you are getting them cause some one either used your number OR some one had your number before you.
