I have a kohl's account that is up-to-date and perfectly healthy. My card statements and online account both reflect good standing. I've started getting calls from this number as well. When I answer, there's no response on the other end. If it's not a scam, it's definitely a poor reflection on Kohl's...I mean, I'm trusting their system with all kinds of personal information...a system that doesn't even have the primitive capability to leave coherent call-back information on my voicemail? That makes me a little nervous:/

This is not a scam. I called them back and a Khol's agent nicely answer my question and said will stop calls. He never asked me for my SSN, only verify my address. Never got a call after that.

Left a vmail for Wes. This is annoying. My seven generations would never go to Kohls.

Heather et.al . 1800notes is a sounding board that thru our posts passes information on about annoying spam and otherwise calls in order for those recently receiving calls from said numbers to be more informed and act accordingly .... not a service to help you or anyone else stop the calls from coming . i.e. this is an information service built upon our combined experiences ... not a help or complaint center ... though some of us on occasion do pass on useful advice as to how to deal with these cretins calling us constantly and at all hours of the day and night . So please stop asking for the calls to stop ... and offer up any information you may be able to add to the conversation .As for me ? A certain Mariah Trossel constantly passes out my cell phone number to anyone and everyone she choses not to deal with ... including the police .. creditors .. community colleges she owes money to ... forlorn lovers and suitors etc ... and now ... the fake KohlsAnd yes ... they want Ms Trossel to call them back with all her particulars as well ... for what reason I neither know nor care

I've received multiple calls from this phone number within the past week (5 calls in 6 days). There is no one there when I answer & if I let it go to voicemail they don't leave a message.

if you paid your bill or told them your situation rather than avoiding or yelling at them they might stop calling why dont you ppl just pay your 15 dollar pmt that is 2 months past due?If you dont have the money dont use the card unless you have every intention of paying on time

yup, me too. Got this call and I just opened a Kohl's account. It is not overdue yet, the payment is due in 3 days. They have called several times already. I will not give out any information. Also, any time an unknown called asks for you by name, ask who it is first! If it is a bill collector, even if they are wrong, if you confirm it is you they will never leave you alone. It will only get worse. If they are hesitant to say who they are hang up immediately.
