This is in NO WAY related to Kohls. I called Kohls Corporate to verify and they said it is not a registered number. Do not give out any information. Best thing would be to call Kohl's corporate and report it.

I have been receiving calls from this number and when I called it, it was Kohl's. I am not behind on any bill and it wants the last four digits ss#. If They leave a message maybe someone would call them back. Five times this week.

It was Kohl's. I had received a call from this number for several weeks. As a busy person, I don't call people back if they don't leave a message. Thus, I did not call back. When I received the call today, the 6th time, someone finally left a mesage was left so I called it back. It was Kohl's checking on my account. However, as people noted below they asked for my social before giving me a reason for the call. I never provided them my social. Instead I gave the caller my birthday and all checked out that it ws a reasonable call from Kohl's. However, their process was problematic at best and ripe for conjecture and suspicious behavior. I advised the worker of this concern. Unsure if she took me seriously, though.

annoying call from this number even though I'm on the do-not-call list

I received a call from this # on 2/14/11 at 4:59pm ET. It comes up as Kohl's. I wasn't home at the time and they did not leave a message. Not sure why they would call me. I do not nor never have had a Kohl's charge card nor do I shop there much. I am on the National DNC so they should not be calling. I probably will report them to the National DNC list since it seems that they call people a lot and don't leave messages.

-Don't have Kohl's card nor shop there. But, still got multiple calls a day...!
