San Diego here - Just got the same call, didn't answer - no voicemail. I'm sure it's a scam of somesort.
Actually you can sue them for $500 each call, and triple that if you have told them to stop and they keep it up.Good luck fnding them.

Got a call about mortgage refinancing, hit the '1' to speak to someone and told him I never wanted to hear from them again and if I did I would call the state's attourney's office.The guy on the other end said there was nothing he could do and refused to give me the name of the company he works for. They called about home refinancing. I pressed 1 to speak to someone and got connected. As soon as I asked why they are calling me because I'm on the no call list, they hung up on me beofre I could finish my question. They know they're illegal but don't care.
