This company uses 'old school' sales techniques to try to sell something you can get for free. At Google.com, you can verify your business at no charge. Why would you pay someone else to do it? And, of course, the best way to get found on Google is to produce quality, original content, pay attention to your SEO on each website page (no shortcuts or gimmicks work - their algorithms pick this up immediately) share your content with links back to your site, etc. My suggestion for the salesman who called me a few minutes ago is that he should study the 'marketing tools of influence' by Robert Cialdini, and read HubSpot's great book about Inbound Marketing. Evading direct questions, talking over the prospect, and continuing to bulldoze through his script earns this telemarketer an 'F'.

Jim, your so right. That's exactly what they said to me, but their now charging $299. Regretfully, I feel for it, then an hour later called the 888 number back to cancel my order. Was told PHILLIP was not available. Called again, was told it was an answering service answering the phone which was BS. I then called my CC company to dispute charges. We'll see how this plays out. I will direct Capital One to this website.

Loyal 9 is not accredited with the BBB but they do have tons of complaints about them.

It sounds like you work for loyal 9, which is not accredited by Bob, they are professional scammers they were charging $169 dollars per month without my authorization the are professional scammers, I did not have a choice but to cancel the credit card since there is no other way to the charges

These people are harassing me with calls. 3 calls on one day, 1 the following day and 2 the day after that.

I have reported this number several times and yet I continue to receive calls from them. If you listen to the first part of their message it even gives you a chance to press 2 to stop receiving calls and to let them know thier information doesn't apply to you -- but it seems to be to no avail.
