I got a call tonight and let it ring through to voice mail. A three second empty message was recorded. I did not call back, but made a search online and came upon this site with a # match.

Had a call from 281-217-0241@ 9:30pm Central time and they did not leave a message. When tried to call back they reported it was Mike Anderson and his mailbox was full.

called to my cell. Interupted me from my work. I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST on house and cell phone.P4/t6

Got the same phone call as the other writers. I have had my number on DNC list...that is not helping

this number just called me. december 27th at around 3:30PM central time. i answered n nobody was there and they just hung up. called back and guess whos answering machine i got? no surprise here... mike anderson. idk how to make them stop calling but my droid has a cool feature where i can just add the number to contacts and mark it so the call just goes straight to my voicemail. problem solved! anyone else with an android phone, youre in luck because you probably have the same feature! =)

Just received a call from this number, no one responsed when I answered. Should have left it go to voicemail. Really sick of this....

If you have US Cellular , they offer Do Not Disturb , either monthly or life of your current phone , for a small fee , and it is worth every penny. The only drawback is having to add the numbers manually , but if you notice that you are getting numerous calls from a certain area code , you can block that area code , or add individual numbers. As soon as I get one call from an area code I don't recognize , I block it. I went from receiving 3-4 calls per day , to receiving about 1 a week , and as I block more , it gets even better.

Got a call from this number yesterday. No one left message. Is there anything that could be done about this pestering?

I received a call from this number at 9:34am and my coworker who sits in the next cube got a call from the same number at 9:35am. We have different providers and neither one of our personal phone numbers are in either of our phones. We are both on the donotcall.gov list. It's very scary to think these people actually get people to give them their personal information. I think I'll give Clark Howard a call.

card services wanting to give a better rate by calling them back. If you don't answer they call 3-4 times a day. they use lots of other numbers as well.
