Same basic "reduce your credit card rate" call frrequently received. This one came from Texas whereas usually they have been from the state of Washington.

Just received a call on my cell phone from this number. I did not answer and looked it up here. Thanks everyone for posting. I now have this number stored in my phone book as DNA "do not answer".

obviously you are nuts! I bet you think he isn't a US citizen either

This number is displayed on my phone, and I will never answer the call. Don't know who or what they are calling for. The calls must stop!

Unfortunately, reporting a number where you didn't actually talk to someone in order to establish the DNC regs were violated doesn't really get acted on. Still, if a number is reported often enough, it might give investigators a heads up on what to be looking for in conjunction with other reports that include more info.

Got this call for credit card rates. I pressed one, got a live person on the phone and told them to take me off their list. She hung up on me.

they called my cell, the (*&%^%^holes!claiming to be "from Card Services" (although didn't specify which card or which bank). Said there was nothing wrong with my account but it was urgent that I call them to reduce my interest rates. Hung up at that point. Scam.

These clowns keep calling my cell phone and running up my minutes. I tried to speak to a rep and the women hung up on me when I asked to be taken off of there list.

Quit complaining and file a online report with the federal do not call list. The fine is $50,000 per call.
