Keep getting these calls on my cell phone, my husbands' cell phone and our home phone. All three are on the do not call registry. I called the number back today and I got a voice mail message for David Anderson. The other calls will not accept a call when I call back, I either get a fast busy signal or a message that the line is not in service. We are sick of this!

This is a scam run by a guy named Edwin Blackwelder at 718 N. Wekiwa Spring Rd Apopka FL 32712he is the the person pulling the strings on saphire financial, specialized debt solutions. this is a huge scam to get your credit card (which is why they ask for a current card that is not past due, they make the charge for providing an interest rate reduction program which is basically signing you up to another credit card with a balance transfer option at a low rate.Edwin Blackwelder uses robo dialing companies to help facilitate his scam, this is the scum of the earth ripping off old ladies. each time he calls me i spent 20 mins wasting their time, we should all do that.

I called the local police and reported it! I hope if enough people do it will help!

I call this number back and box is always full but he bluntly yells his name as Mike Henderson - # comes up from Houston, TX. Reverse number lookup lists this number to a Nelam Jain in Dekalb,IL????????

I have been getting calls from these idiots for months, but no more now. I went to the verizon website and they let you block them for free....free at last...free at last.

Phone call from unidentified 281-217-0241 left no message and hung up before I could connect. Internet shows this number as a creditor/solicitor.

I got a call in my minor daughter's cell. i press 1 to speak to a rep to ask them to stop and as soon as I said that they haung up on me. very rude people. There has to be a way to report them and by the way my cell and line lines are in the DNC.
