this seems to start as a "you won 10,000 thing, call from Jamaica. then quickly progresses to more harrassment, then to death threats. This evil person threatened my wife and family on the thirs call after he did not get what he wanted. Local sherrif siad this is becoming common and the best thing to do is to immediately hang up.

I'm on "Do Not Call" list and resent having this type of call interrupt my life!

Same deal: answered and hang up. The day before, 310 area code, answered and hang up.......

Same here! They called me from this number, it was a recording... Then I pressed 1 to talk to a representative and guess what?! They hung up on me before I finished my sentence!!! I called back just to hear that"Mike Anderson's voice mail box" is full... I am on the NDC for a few years now, can't understand how these crooks get my cell phone number!! Oh, I get text messages too, and I pay for each and every incoming and outgoing text!!! Damn them to hell!

Yeah, "Rachel from cardholder's services". I used to get them on the house phone. That stopped over a year age (so far). Now they call the cellphone. I once tried to trick them into giving me a number I could call back so the FCC could track them down. I said I was calling for my daughter that was badly in debt and I wanted to get some information so I could help her. I tried in every way I could but the guy I was talking to would not give me any way to get to him. Finally, after, maybe 10 minutes I told the a$$ hole what he really was and what I was doing. It took him about 30 seconds to comprehend that what I said was all BS.
