i missed a call from the caller too... called them back and it is apparently some kind of survey. It said that "my time was expired"!
called my cell. don't know how they got the # . answered but after long pause , a recored message started so hung up!

Got a call from this number at 10:46am, Newfoundland Time. When I called back half an hour later, it said something about a survey that was expired.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
