This was a weird one - my iPhone gave only half a ring and that was it. Even if I wanted to answer it I didn't have enough time.
missed the call at about 10:30 this morning. based on the times and so close to one another i'm assuming it's auto dial. I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize...I google first. The number on my phone showes "11" in front of the phone number so I assumed it was overseas. Which basically tells me "SCAM" of some kind. I never gave my phone number to anyone overseas and careful with whom i give it out to.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
