I'm in Vancouver, BC and got a call from them too. They left a voicemail.. well, their recorded message left a voicemail. Something about a survey and a cruise. This is a SPAM.. I'm going to call Rogers to see how I can block the number. It's the 2nd time in two days..

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
