I received a call from this number at 8:23 EST. Looked like it rang once and hung up. I wouldn't have even had the chance to pick it up if I wanted to...which I didn't.

I got a call @ 8:21 am from 289-301-2260 on saturday may 24/2014. The number 112893012260, also appeared on my caller id where the name usually is. I don't pick up and I go back to sleep. I just hope that it isn't a contest I entered at extra foods and I missed my chance of winning by not answering. I can only assume that if it was the contest they would at least leave a mssg, but who the fork knows? While I was writing on the 800 notes site about this I get another call from a hindu claiming I have a virus on my computer, I laugh my bag off! His number is blocked and shows up as ---------- I record the goof and after about a minute I tell the idiot he's being recorded, the phone goes dead. There's a lot of stupid people out there and there really is, but I'm not one of them. I am a comp tech and Windows doesn't call you, you call them. And it's not windows you would call it's Microsoft. He tried to say my last name, but couldn't pronounce it therefore I now know they have a list with names with their coresponding numbers. So, either from a phonebook, contests that sell their entry lists or from some sold junk email list.

Me too - that number called just now! Nice to know I'm not alone haha - we could have all gone on the cruise together! Too bad I didn't answer!

Just got 2 calls today from 289-301-2260 and yes one was you won a cruise. 2nd time they hung up on 2 rings. I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

So. Another "free cruise if you participate in our survey" scam call from yet another phone number. This scammer seems to go through phone numbers like a chameleon goes though colors. As a musician *I* am not that flexible--I need to keep my number in order to build goodwill into it, and my airtime is prepaid. Any time these people call me they steal that airtime AND potentially adversely affect my profit margin by tying up my phone when a client might be trying to call. If you ask me, those scammers should go on a cruise of their own--straight to hell.

Just called my cell. No vm left. I dont answer calls from numbers w no name dosplayed. In these times of caller id it should b mandatory all business names b displayed.

Cruise scam from Markham. Honestly, these scams should be completely illegal & punishable by prison time.
