I am having fun with them. I let them put on line a real person and I blast in their hears a marine air horn I keep nearby.

Yes, it is correct to blame the No Call LIst. When you enrol in that they send out your number and tell marketers that they can not call that number but they give a 30 day notice. I just renewed my listing and getting lots of these again.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
