im up north lanaudiere which is in quebec, and the same number that a few commented on keeps on calling...
I received a call from this number. I answered, it was a recording. The recording said "Congradulation you have won a cruise to the Bahamas..." At this point I simply hung up having experienced similar calls in the past. These so-called free trips would end up costing a fortune.

Scam call-Hung up! No one left a message
Harassing call from a company claiming to be attempting to collect on a nonexistent unpaid debt. I verified on my credit report that no such debt exists.
I found this phone number when I searched to see if I was hacked. This number has my calls forwarded to this number and I don’t even know who they are! You are being reported!
I just called the same number after binge watching decades later. I was looking for Phil but he did not answer. Left a message, had mobsters show up about 30 minutes later to my front door. Thankfully they left, no issues. Just wise guys....

Claims to be from MnDOT wouldn't leave a voicemail when called the main line. Called the next day and claims to be a guy named Gavin wanting to update information. Phone number is from Pennsylvania CLEARLY NOT FROM MNDOT.
