These people have been calling our home forever. If you block one number, they just use another number. When you call a number back and don't want your phone number revealed, Verizon allows you to block by getting a dial tone, dial *67, wait for dial tone and call number. Your number goes to them unknown. You might want to check with your phone company to see if this works for you. If not, find out how you block our number when calling out.

Caller ID says "Owings MD". They leave no message.I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number). I hear the following, "Hello and thank you for calling. If you'd like to be placed on a do-not-call list for the number that called you, please, press 1 now. Thank you for calling." (I never go on a DNC list as it can actually make things worse).So spoofed caller ID and the failure to identify themselves on their outgoing message. Smells like a SCAM.

They called something about my "credit card being overdue." I don't have a credit card. But I do have a disabled elder living here and this is more than annoying. Please send these con-artists to jail for breaking the Bill of Rights, for not respecting people's privacy. Enough is enough!

This is your typical PHISHING scam. Look into getting a good call blocker. Start ignoring and blocking calls like this. They will cut back over time.

Caller ID says Survey: a ploy to get you to answer.

Would you believe it? They are calling on a holiday! No message left, and nothing registered on my answering machine. That alone makes me very suspicious. Most probably a SCAM. Says Owing, MD.

Recorded message from "Heather at Accounts". I pressed to speak to a live person. Told the guy I had requested them to stop calling and he said "Well we didn't did we"? We're not going to either. I screamed for them to stop calling and hung up.
