How do you expect the government to enforce the provisions of the law that created the DNC list ?And which private company would stop the calls quickly ?Verizon ? AT&T ? Sprint ? Vonage ? MagicJack ? Ooma ? Google (Voice) ? Microsoft (Skype) ?

Oh, Gawd !! Not "Cardholder Services" - again. They must be out on parole ! Consumer Reports said the F.T.C. raided (one of) their "boiler rooms" that allegedly took in $18 million ! Now, they're "back in action" again !!?!! They must need more $$, to pay fines and lawyer fees ! Those pesky fines and lawyer fees !! Also, they need to pay their co-conspirators - the phone companies ! Maybe they should come up with some more "cons" to cheat the courts, their lawyers, and the phone companies, the same way the cheated the public. No, wait - the courts, their lawyers, and the phone companies KNOW they are just a bunch of S.O.B. criminals/conartists, and will not allow themselves to be cheated !! Too bad everybody else hasn't realized the same thing(s) !!
