I have filed several complaints through the FCC and 2 through the National Do Not Call Registry, and still keep getting calls. Thanks to some of the folks on this blog I called the # back today and it gives you the option to remove your #. This was not the case several months ago when they 1st started calling because I called the # and actually spoke to a rep to find out why they were calling and asked that my # be removed then. I hope my call back today works - we shall see!
I get 2-3 calls sometime from 434 -879-2406 listed at Burkeville VA. I have called Verizon and nothing they can do. This number may be a Coretel number. No one is on phone.When calling back,you get a recorded message that the number is discontinued.Please inform whoever is calling to stop,very annoying.
I bet it's the same people who were selling car warranties until they were shut down a few weeks ago.
After having this number call my home repeatedly, I decided to pick up. It was a recording from "Leslie" telling me this is the last day they can help me lower my credit card interest rate. Then I should touch "1" to talk to someone or "2" to be taken out of their system. I touched "2" and a recording stated my phone number and said it was removed. Hope it works.I am on the Do Not Call list and did file a complaint with the FCC.
Does anyone know who we can complain to about DO NOT CALL abuses? I thought it was our state's Attorney General, but is it the FCC? Does anyone have a phone number or e-mail contact we we can all start lodging complaints?
The number calls several times per day. I tried the #2 to be taken off the list but it didn't work. Another time when I did speak to a person, he asked my name. When I told him that he called me and should know my name he hung up. I can't believe people are getting paid to make these types of phone calls.

get calls EVERYDAY. after blocking the number, they leave a silent voice mail.
When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
This number called the other day didnt answer as I didnt recognize the number. Turns out my hunch was right another spam caller. It's the only calls I get nowadays

Received a text from this number today about their colon kit. As always with these types of texts, I block the number without responding and report it ass spam.

Had 6 calls from this number today. Have a total of 20 calls today from the 925 area code. Had 8 calls from Peru country code
