Had this call before several times.Again received a call to tell me I now can get lower interest rates....... I am on the Do Not Call List....I told them F... YOU STRONGER MESSAGE FOLLOWS.......

NOT SURE BUT CALLS DAILYLEAVES NO MESSAGE AND IS PAIN IN [***] AT 8 AM DAILY

"Worth a try". What they are doing is ILLEGAL (robodialing a number on do not call list), so it's a waste of time unless it leads to a criminal prosecution (and thousands of TCPA claims for $500 per call).

These people won't quit. I have even stayed on the line to ask for management to remove my number. I get hung up on. I have opted not to be called again using their system. I am on the do not call registry. Very rude. Wish I could call their home 3 times or more a week. Help!

Have been getting calls from this Phone Number for weeks, finally answered the phone, was a Pre-recorded message about reducing my credit card rate to 6%. I Pressed 1 to talk with someone, who delayed in saying who they were, and then responded with "Consumer Services". When I started to ask questions, they hung up on me. SCAM - People like this need to go to JAIL and stay there. I am on the Federal Do Not Call list, so was trying to get more info on who they are to report them.

These people have been calling daily here to with the same lower the credit card scam.Finally,my fiance told them the other day to take us off there list.At that time the lady sounded nice to him and said she would.Then today i was awoken at 6am by them again.I was really mad.I pressed one to get a human and i stated to this jerk nicely but firmly at first that we asked to be taken of their list already.He started arguing with me saying no you didn't even called me by my first name despite the fact i have NEVER personally spoke with these people before.I said please take me off your list now.He said no.i asked for a manager.he said i am the manager.I said then let me speak with your manager.He started calling me a smelly dirty w***e! and other file names! I hung up and he had the audaicity to call right back.I would not answer the phone and he was stupid enough to leave more of his filthy language on my machine.He has now called over and over all day.I have called the phone company they just told me to complain to the fcc and the Do not call registry.I called the police since i have him on the answering machine and they were not much help either since they say i dont know the person calling.what a bunch of B.S. I can see from other's on this blog that have made complaints that the fcc isnt doing anything about these people.I am thinking of calling my local news station about this.Channel 7 here in chicago has this thing called "seven on your side" where they look into just this sort of thing and help get these kind of people investigated and they won't stop til they get something done about it.I wonder if more of went to our local news stations if that wouldn't make the fcc actually start DOING something about these jerks? what does everyone else think?

I just got a call from this number....301-882-9986...and I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!! When I answered the phone, I said "Hello" and didn't hear anything. I then said that I know who you are and I have your phone number, then heard a "click", then nothing. I'm getting sick of this!! I don't the FCC really cares either. My room mate tried filing a complaint about a credit collector, who is NOT abiding by the FCC's/FTC's rules and regulations and the FCC isn't going to do anything about it. She may have gone to the wrong place to file that complaint, but still...

Yeah, so much for that... It's 2009 and I'm getting calls, so they still must be in business.

What makes you assume it's a black lady... jeez...

Yeah right... these calls have been going on for over a year. Seems like the FTC is useless.
