Just looked up the phone number on the internet and came across this page. Good thing i didn't answer the phone then.
This isn't a definitive answer, but putting two and two together...b67 said in an earlier post that this number is to the "World Financial Network National Bank."Earlier today I got my Club Express credit card statement online. From the small print on the bottom of the e-mail: "This e-mail was sent to you by World Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB). WFNNB issues your Express Credit Card Account."So, this is probably another bill collector harassing me. I'll never know for sure, though, since I rarely answer the phone when I don't recognize the number on my caller ID.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
