I've been getting calls from this number for quite some time. I think I have a retail cc from Express, but have not used it for a looong time. They call 24/7 at a minimum of 3x per day. I HATE these calls. I should have NEVER gotten into ANY credit transactions.
receive a call 3 or 4 times a day. I never answer it and they never leave a message. Is there any way to have it stopped? They call every day of the week. Saturdays and Sundays too.
Unfortunately, if you've ever done any kind of business with WFNNB or any of its many, many affiliates, they don't have to pay any attention to the 'no-call list'.
WFNNB is breaking several federal laws regarding fair credit reporting and collections. Does anyone know who to file complaints with? I suspect that, since you get someone from India when you do get through, they either aren't aware of the laws or are choosing to ignore them because they're off-shore.
just got a call from them a minute ago. said wrong number. so its an express card they are so stupid always changing the pay date 20th this month 17 net 16 after that 14th are they retarded.
I received this call on July 4th, (on a holiday no less), after a few moments of silence on their end, they asked for my son, I told them he wasn't home, they responded that they would call back tomorrow.I put a block on my phone for this number, they can call back anytime now!
I get these calls at least twice a day. We have an Express card. I emailed them right now advising I will cancel my card if the calls don't stop by next week. Card is paid in full and has been for quite some time. they never leave a message.
In the past 2 days I have received about 6-8 calls from this number. I also have an Express card but there is a zero balance on it. They have NO BUSINESS calling me!!!

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
