just got a call asking for my mother or her "husband".....did not want to leave a message. Caller ID said "Colorado Call". The person sounded extremely happy and full of caffeine.

Well it's not unexpected to see people so closed minded and stupid. Still, what an embarrassment.Let me just say that I understand where some people who answer the call and say point blank to the caller "I'm not interested" are coming from. But what about the rest of you who think JUST hanging up will solve your problems? Stop complaining and talk to the contact for just 10 seconds and say: "put me on your DO NOT CALL LIST!" if they are professional at what they do, they'll stop what they are pitching and explain to you that it'll take up to 31 Days for your number to go through their company's D.N.C list, after that, you shouldn't get calls from them anymore.And let me just add something: Boulder Calls is not a scam, they call and market for insurance companies. I mean, if it was a scam, why has it not shut down YET?! It's so OPEN to the Public eye. -- Riddle me that??You get a call, the cantact tells you they are calling for Allstate (or whatever) in your community. They'll tell you that they want to offer a free comparison qoute to SAFE DRIVERS, then they'll ask if anyone in your policy has had tickets or accidents in a certain period of time.- Just so you know, i went through this with them a bunch of times already and it's worked just fine for me -They'll ask you for your age, car make, model and year, they'll ask for the name of your current insurance company, then they'll verify your name and address. Then they'll ask of your D.O.B .... Not sure why though .... but i just go with it.In the end they say an Allstate agent -- or an agent of whatever company they are calling for -- will give a call back soon and present the qoute. So i wait a day or two ... and guess who calls?An Allstate agent a mile away from where i live. --- Shocker huh.And guess what, I'm still here, my information or identity has not been stolen AND i've gotten some of the best and not so great qoutes from various companies like Allstate, Nationwide, State Farm and some others (don't remember) all through the phone call by boulder calls. People are just quick to make judgments all because you're scared of you personal information being leaked. I mean, they have your number, Name and Address already. What the H**L do you think they'll do with your car make and model ... ??

Stop calling my phone.

This number has been calling my cell phone (I live in Oregon) everyday at 3pm for the past 2 weeks. I have never answered it, but am getting close to picking up and telling whoever it is off. Bill collectors perhaps? Who knows. But it's really getting on my nerves.
