Your points would probably carry a lot more weight if you knew how to spell, and to compose a sentence. What park is that "statue" in or is it in a museum?Bad debt stays on a credit report for at least 7 years, so advising someone that Colorado's statute of limitations is 6 years and it won't show on a credit report is erroneous. While you can't be sued, an attempt to collect the debt is still legal. Also, that is only one state, some have shorter and some have longer statute of limitations. Note that the correct word is statute.Maybe you should listen to someone who certainly knows a whole lot more than you probably ever will, or not and continue to post as you are and continue to make a fool out of yourself.
A good way to deal with these [***] is to get Google Voice (free) and have that be the number you give out. You know it's one of these jerks because they won't leave a message and you can use Google Voice to block that number. Plus, you don't have to deal with them at all. Makes life so much nicer :)

You are so correct Jenny. Never give your cell or home phone out to anyone you do business with. Google Voice number only. That way if things go South on you for any reason, you can block them forever with no limit on the number of phone numbers you can block. We ported our home phone to Google Voice years ago and rarely get any spammer calls. If we do, we just block them.
