They call several times a day and do not leave a message when I do answer they just hang up we are on a national do not call registry
Keep receiving calls from Aspen Media. They are not clients and we have no reason to provide them with info they claim is for research.
If a person is on the federal and state do not call list and they call you. It is a crime. It specifically states that in the law. I will report them to the federal and state trade commission. I have had no business with them at all and they have no right to disturb me. It is not my responsibility to make them obey the law. They are required to monitor and obey the Do Not Call List, Not a opt out list and I do not have to investigate their client and contact them.No matter how nice they are, this is sleezy marketing.
I got 7 calls today from this agency and at least that many yesterday. Ive gotten to the point I tell them what # caller they are today(you are the 3rd caller so far today, you are the 7th) and a couple have apologized. If their rules are like the call center I worked for, then they should purge the record as a duplicate, we shall see what happens tomorrow!
Marie--Get a life and stop bothering people. How do you sleep at night? My company phone line is for business coming IN not crap calls for free magazines. Seriously trying to run a business here and don't need employees wasting time on these nonsense calls. Get a real job. How would you like people interrupting your "marketing" calls with other "marketing" calls. Ugh disgusting.
Aspen constantly calls and never leave a message. The DNC call list, whether Aspen can get around the rules is immaterial, is a useless list because the FCC seldom enforces the rules. I have reported many violations, calls, junk faxes, etc. and nothing is done. Very typical of the government. They should enforce the law and collect the fines. They don't.
