Hogwash! I listed my number on the National Do Not Call Registry 4 months ago. I haven't listed this number on any form, business, or website. I'm getting calls from them trying to upsell which is a direct violation of law. And you're claiming this is legal and 'legitimate'?Also, you're spouting total garbage regarding the favorability of telemarketing. Studies have shown have shown over 95% negative response to telemarketing. Telemarketers measure their success in calls per hour because their response rates are way to low to calculate in terms of a percent. Telemarketing response rates are way lower than what direct mailers see (and 85% to over 99% of it is thrown in thetrash). The problem is that the call costs virtually nothing and the return is large. I guarantee you that there is no data that shows that the majority of people approve of this channel.If this is a 'legitimate' firm - it's time the laws are made much stricter. Clearly these 'legimated' firms aren't abiding by the law. These are organizations that believe it's 'legitimate' to disturb 300 people to make a single sale.I'm personally sick and tired of having to tell dozens of lawbreakers a year to remove me from their list.

Called back using the 303-786-9500 then followed phone tree #1 and #1 to hopefully get my number removed from their list.

THIS IS HARRASSMENT! Every time I answer they hang up. Talk about upset. Dates 201212140807, 201212140955 & 201212100817.

We receive calls at our business many, many times per day. We have caller ID and when I see it come up I do not bother to answer it because the call disconnects usually within 2 rings. It is just an annoyance and I am not sure how we can get them to stop calling a business!!

I have received about a call every two weeks from this number. I can see who it is and when '303' pops up, I avoid it. I did answerr once about a year ago, and it was indeed a request for participating in some survey. I will say when I said not interested, they went away... for that day. I have a 'call log' feature on the phone so even if they don't leave a message, I can see they have tried. (Once it is picked up', I assume they must hang up rather than leave a message.) It is a sorry state of affairs when legitimate callers are often avouided due to these scammers .

I am on the DNC list. Even so, they called my cell phone about an hour ago (I didn't answer) and after visiting this site to see who was calling, I added them to the black list on my android phone - I use CALL CONTROL to block all unwanted calls and also to report them as spam. They are then added to the community black list maintained and distributed to registered CALL CONTROL users. They just tried calling again 5 minutes ago but now my phone just disconnects them automatically. CALL CONTROL is available free for Android phones (similar iOS apps are available). CALL CONTROL PRO allows me to add unlimited numbers to the black list and is the best $8 I have spent in a long time.

This phone number 303-786-9500 calls multiple times a day and as soon as you pick up it hangs up on us. We would like to be removed from the call list. Thank you.
