I have received a call 3 times this week. Each time I have told them not to call me again.This last time the man laughed.Isn't there a way to take legal action on this

Stop calling!

Totally upset as this company constantly calls! They interrupt me when I'm on the line and I can't get them to stop! This has been going on for a LONG time. How do we stop them from harrassing us?

Al true to a certain extent. However, it is law that if your personal or business number, cell or land line is register with DNC it IS ILLEGAL to contact even once, if your registration is 30 days old. A company who is following the law must obtain a list of DNC numbers and scrub against their data bases or robo call generated lists. If they do ignore and call EVEN ONCE, it is a 10,000 fine. There is the rub, with Bozo Bama too and his brown shirts too busy chasing politcal rivals and innocent citizens there will no be many legitimate victims' cases followed. SO in a word do not hold your breath. You can report to your State AG and I have heard that with enough complaints, fines have been levied.

May be a legit company but they should leave a message. I have received 3 calls this morning from this number and all listen to the message and after it beeps they hang up. Maybe robo calling.

Keeps calling me at work and not leaving a message. Inbox says ASPEN MEDIA

They might be legit, but I do not have any magazine subscriptions and they called my cell phone number. Not happy about that.
