BBB is a joke. You can BUY whatever letter grade you want. Apparently, they are keeping their payments up to still be at a "B" with all those complaints.
Your callers are so rude. You call for my mother (with dementia) and before I can finish an explanation and ask you to put her on your "DO NOT CALL" list, your caller hangs up on me -- mid-sentence. This has happened twice in the past year. I've have many other calls from you and when I answer, no one is there. 5 seconds of politeness from this so-called "up and up" business would have had me just forget about Aspen Media. Instead, I will criticize this company to anyone who asks.

Someone called me from here just now. I answered, they asked to speak to ME, I said I was me and then they said "Hello" again and then hung up. Duh!
I have asked Aspen Media to stop calling me numerous times. I continue to get these calls. I have called their number, spoken to a supervisor and asked to be removed AGAIN. We will hope that works. Also, they ask for a different person every time they call. None of the names are of people in our family.
I have received numerous calls from "Aspen Media" according to caller ID. Number 303-786-9500. When I pick up, no one is there, I finally picked up and informed them that the number they were calling is listed on the "Do Not Call" list, only to have them ignore me. I hang up. They call back again and I inform them again only this time I stated "We are on the Do Not Call list and do not call this number again. They informed me that they were not selling anything to which I replied "I don't care, I don't have time for them and Do not call again. They obviously do not listen so I placed them on my caller block list.
