It may bot be Richard Brown at all. There is a thing called spoofing where you can make it look like you are calling from a different number that you really are. Look it up... I bet these SOBs are spoofing peoples numbers to keep from getting caught.

Another call from this number, didn't answer

Hello senior citizens.......I am tired of getting this same message from different numbers and different parts of the united states. How do you get them to STOP!!!!

Received a call from 304-263-5785. They hung up prior to saying anything.

This number made an unsolicited call to my DNC listed number.

The jack holes call everyday and yet nobody has stoped them. Surely somebody can do something more than just block them.

I have asked to get off this call frenzy and they still persist to call. There should be laws against these Scumbags

Also received a call from this number. Did not answer. No message left. Likely a scammer using some poor soul's number to carry out their illicit activity. It should be very clear to most Americans that their Federal Government has completely abandoned them to purveyors of illicit telemarketing. If your government can't do anything but pretend to help you, you'll just have to help yourself. My suggetion: get a Panasonic KX-TGA600 series phone (or similar phone) that will allow you to flag and block calls from these jerks. I have blocked hundreds of numbers in this way. Yes, a few scammers still slip through, but many (hundreds) fewer than in the past.

Twice now I have gotten a call from these people, and so far they have done it will I have either been out or at work. I have a very simple solution to handle these people. get a loud whistle wait for them to answer and then blasted their ears. Remember these people wear headsets. then add their number to your block list.

cant stand being interrupted by nonsense. No one there when phone answered.
